Refund policy

The Seller Brief is a one-time written service. If you request a refund before you submit your intake, we will refund the purchase.

After you submit an intake, work has started. Refunds after that point are reviewed case by case if we have not delivered the brief within 5 business days of a complete intake.

Chargebacks should be a last resort. Write through Client intake or the support chat on your membership first.
